Stub/Dolly # 2 408 9.5 MPa 100% glue failure.with the following 2-coat paintsystem:-

Stub/Dolly # 3 424 6.0 MPa 100% glue failure.1 st coat Sigmacover 200 Primer(Grey) @ 150 microns DFT.

Average value of the test areas:- 410 8.2 MPa

2 nd coat SigmaDur 550 Finishing(RAL 7030) @ 50 microns DFT.Primer Batch Nos.: Base5934002559 and HardenerFinishing Batch Nos.: Base5942003230 and Hardener

The pull-off test and dry film thickness test were carried out with Elcometer H.A.T.E. 108 in accordance with ASTM 4541 and Elcometer456 respectively. Both tests were conducted at the same spot.
