Publisher Tutorial

When you open up Publisher you will see this page. Click on Publications for Print.

Next, click on Brochures and then Informational

Choose a design template quickly.

The box below will appear. Just click the red X. Do not enter any

information here.

Select 3-PanelNoneNone

1 will show the outside of the brochure

2 will give you access to the inside of your brochure.

Click Insert to add a text box or picture

Remove all business information this is not needed on your

brochure.

Put your references on the middle outside page of the brochure.

Go to File and then Print Preview to see your brochure before you print.

In this format you will be able to see what your brochure looks like before printing. This is your final proofread.Use the Page up and Page down to see both sides of

the brochure.

When done click close and ask for Permission to Print.
