The Drawing Tools format tab opens after you click on a text box or shape. It lets you fill shapes and text boxes
with colors and patterns, change the line color and style, add effects to shapes, change how shapes Wrap text,
move shapes forward or back, rotate shapes, and more.
The Picture Tools format tab opens after you click on a picture. It lets you change a pictures color, sharpness,
brightness, shape, add effects to pictures, change how pictures Wrap text, move pictures forward or back, ro-
tate pictures, and more.
The Text Box Tools format tab opens after you click on a text box. It lets you change fonts, alter alignment, add
columns, change margins, adjust text and numbers, and other text centric options.
With the File tab you can:
Save your work
Open a document
View Recent documents
Start a New document
Print a document
Save and Send documents (allows you to save
as a PDF or other formats and email your
saved documents)
