RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 011

A RESOLUTION of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. I of Jefferson County, Washington ("the PUD"), ordering the Segregation of an Assessment on the Assessment Roll of Local Utility District No. 14

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2008-013 adopted IO December 2008 levied and . confirmed an assessment against Parcel 921094026, in the name of Jeffery Bennett

in the amount of $ 8,100.00; and

WHEREAS, the cunent propeliy owners of Parcel #921094026 have subdivided this property into three building parcels: 921094035, 921094036, and 921094037; and

WHEREAS, the owner of the three new parcels have been paid in full to the PUD an in lieu of assessment amount of 8, 700 dollars per parcel for two of the parcels (total of 17,400 dollars) and the remaining parcel is retaining the original assessment attached to it.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be delivered to the Treasurer of Jefferson County, Washington, who is authorized and directed to make the following segregation upon the Assessment Roll of Local Utility District No. 14:
