Upon motion of Poole, seconded by Wesley, the City Council authorized Mayor Landry to execute a Coopeative Endeaver Agreement with Livingston Parish Sewer Districts 1 and 2 to allow the FEMA trailer park located in Sewer District 1 and 2, to connect and utilize the Denham Springs City Sewer system. The Meeting of the Denham Springs City Council, convened at 6:00 p.m. on October 24, 2016, in the Meeting Room of the Denham Springs City Hall at 116 N. Upon motion of Delahoussaye, seconded by Davis, the City Council adopted a Resolution authorizing the amendment of the amended and restated trust indenture executed in connection with the issuance of the Denham Springs Economic Development District Sales Tax Increment Revenue Refunding Bonds (Bass Pro Shops Project), Series 2011; and providing for other matters with respect thereto.
