R. School Business Administrator Attending New Jersey School Boards Association Conference October 28-30, 2008:

Recommend the Board approve Mrs. Maria Parry, School Business Administrator to attend the New Jersey School Boards Association annual conference from October 28- 30, 2008 in Atlantic City NJ. S. Acknowledge Donation from Individual: Recommend the Board accept a $500 contribution for the Chess Team from Mr. Stuart Peskoe that will offset costs in 2008-2009 for the team. An acknowledgement letter will be sent thanking Mr. Peskoe for the generous donation.

T. Appropriation into Maintenance Reserve: Recommend the Board approve an appropriation into maintenance reserve of $50,000 before June 30, 2008 per 6AXX-14.2.
