Public International Law Study group in English language University of Belgrade Faculty of Law is pleased to invite third year students to apply for attending study group in Public International Law in English language. The course will be interactive and it will include in-depth analysis of relevant International Law instruments and rules, with a special focus on the case-law of international courts and tribunals, in particular the jurisprudence of the International Court of Justice. During the entire course, interactive and practical teaching methods will be used, including debates, case-studies and simulations of dispute settlement before the International Court of Justice. Students who wish to apply for the study group are required to possess advanced knowledge of English language and a minimum average grade 8/10. The maximum number of students that will be accepted to attend the study group is limited to 20. Classes will be held during the spring semester, on Wednesdays from 13:30-15:10, in seminar room 425. The first class will be held on Wednesday, 24 February 2021. The course will be held by Prof. Dr. Ivana Krstić and Prof.Dr. Bojana Čučković. Deadline for submitting applications is Monday, 15 February 2021. Submission of applications is by e-mail only, at [email protected].
