Medical Emergency Response Center (MERC)
Serves as the Medical System Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during times of emergency
Staffed by MMRS or RMRS personnel with liaisons for hospitals and EMS
Assists to coordinate medical system response activities including surge management, patient movement, asset distribution and communication.
