Client Requirements

Select a design and finish for your new driveway and contact us.

To guarantee your “Start Date” and “Completion Date” simply sign the quotation accompanied with a $250 deposit.

Make stage payment (50% of quotation value) to A.C.D. using an approved method, acknowledging completion of “Slab Preparation”.

Notify A.C.D. when your new home site is clear and ready for construction of the driveway.

Provide A.C.D. with proof of funds for payment of the contract prior to construction.

Order materials for the driveway and schedule the “Start Date” and “Completion Date”.

Lay the driveway preparation and reinforcement on the “Start Date”, ready for the final stage (concrete) to follow.

Schedule and finish your driveway (as per your selection) upon receipt of previous stage payment.

Provide you with a guide for best use of your new driveway and remove the temporary barrier tape.

Make final payment (balance of quotation value) to A.C.D. using an approved method, acknowledging completion of your new driveway.

A.C.D. temporary barrier tape will be erected to the perimeter of your completed driveway.

Provide a Free Fixed Price Quotation within 24 hours.

The design & finish of your driveway may require approval from your estate’s developer.

Upon making a $250 deposit; specifications, working drawings and details will be provided for your proposed driveway.

*The deposit ensures the fixed price for 45 days.

An invoice for stage payment will be sent to you with a digital image of the stage and telephone confirmation.

An invoice for final stage payment will be sent to you with a digital image of the stage and telephone confirmation.

A.C.D. does not offer any guarantee for damage or vandalism to the driveway during concrete curing.

Sealing of the driveway will commonly be recommended and offered as an addition to the new driveway contract.

Proof of funds will generally be a bank statement.

The “Start Date” and “Completion Date” can be affected by, but is not limited to the following; weather and the client’s failure to make required payment(s).
