Gatot SubrotoIndependent CommissionerMr. Subroto is a Pensioner from TNI Purnawirawan with the latest grade asMayjen TNI (MAR). He was appointed as Independent Commissioner of theCompany since May 2018. He joined with TNI since 1982 as Perwira graduatedfrom AKABRI 1982 with Second Lieutenant Grade and assigned in severalOperational Units, Educational & Training Agencies at domestic andinternational levels with position as Commander or Perwira of unit staff.
Tobias Ernst Chun DamekDirector Mr. Tobias is also as Managing Director in the Hong Kong office of SSGCapital Management. He was appointed as the Company’s Director sinceMay 2018.Mr. Tobias earned his MBA (Master of Business Administration) degreefrom INSEAD, France, in 2005 and Master of Science in Physics fromCambridge University, UK in 2000.
Kim, Kyoung TaePresident Director
Mr. Kim brings with him expertise in the cinema industry having beenthe Global Investment Strategy in CJ CGV Co. Ltd enable Him to have thecomplete knowledge on Cinema industry in various countries. He wasappointed as the Company’s President Director in May 2018.
Jason Jacob TabalujanDirector Mr. Jason is also as Director at an affiliate of SSG Capital Managementsince 2015. He was appointed as the Company’s Director since May 2018.He earned his MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from TheWharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and Bachelor ofScience degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Virginiain 2003. He is as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder since2008.
Bunyan SofyanIndependent Director (In-Active)Mr. Bunyan held the position as Independent Director since May 2018. But, on December 21, 2018, he had sent his resignation letter to the Company and must be resolved on the General Meeting of Shareholders.He earned his Bachelor Degree majoring Architecture from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1995.
Yeo, DeoksuDirector Mr. Yeo brings his expertise in developing CGV* Cinema since 2013. Hewas appointed as the Company’s Director in Dec 2016. Previously, hehad served CJ CGV Co. Ltd in Korea.
