THE PRESIDENT AND THE VICE PRESIDENT
1987 Constitution Art 7, Sec 1, 4 & 17.
Section 1. The executive power shall be vested in the President
of the Philippines.

DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM
Department of Agrarian Reform is the leadimplementing agency of Comprehensive AgrarianReform Program (CARP). It undertakes land tenureimprovement and development of program
beneficiaries. DAR conducts land survey inresettlement areas. It undertakes land acquisitionand distribution and land management studies.The DAR also orchestrates the delivery of support
services to farmer-beneficiaries and promotes thedevelopment of viable agrarian reformcommunities.

THE BARANGAY
