HOMESALE CONTINUES TO GROW

SOCIAL MEDIA, THE NEW WORD OF MOUTH

In the first quarter of 2012 Homesale’s Lead Center serviced an amazing 9,485 inquires from consumers, compared to 7,937 in 2011. This is an astounding

19.5% increase in one year. Regardless of the changes in the real estate market, the number of inquiries has continued to steadily increase over the past four years. One of the major contributing factors is Homesale’s technology. Homesale has strengthened our Internet presence through an aggressive search engine optimization plan. In addition we continue to build leads by

creating strategic, local Internet partnerships. Our sellers are also pleased that the number of showings, are on the rise again. During the first quarter of 2012, the Homesale Showing Center set up 13,218 showings for Homesale agents. This

number increased from 11,295 in 2011. We are all looking forward to continued growth

throughout 2012.

As consumers change their behaviors and our target market evolves, Homesale continues to embrace new marketing strategies. Social Media has become the new word of mouth. We have learned that peer recommendations valued more than traditional advertising, so what better way is there to earn

those recommendations than social media. Homesale can be found on many social media sites including; Facebook, LinkedIn, AskHomesale.com, YouTube, and more. In the first quarter of 2012, Homesale received 8,209 visits from social media sites. 92.79% of the visits were from our

Facebook page. Our involvement in social media will extend your word of

mouth marketing.

PRUDENTIAL HOMESALE MOBILE TRAFFIC GROWS QUICKLY

As Homesale has recognized this trend we started to create a mobile strategy for our company. In the first quarter of 2012 we have started to see the results. Out of 516,419 visits to PrudentialHomesale.com 77,697 visits were from a mobile device.
