INGREDIENTS:
*1 Package of noodles {Spaghetti}*5 or 4 leaves of laurels*Cooking Oil
*Water*3 Poblano Chili *A box of half cream
*1/4 of cheese “Manchego”*A tin of teeth of cob*Butter*Salt
UTENSILS:
*2 casseroles
*1 Spoon
*1 Mixer
*1 Grater or Cheese
*1 colander
*1 knife
*1 bag of plastic
*Stove or Grill
PREPARATION METHOD:
1.- Put the pasta in a casserole with water and oil, and also put the leaves of laurels and salt to taste.
2.- While preparing the paste, start putting on medium fire the 3 chili until toasted.
3.-When the peppers are ready, put them in a plastic bag until they are cooling.
4.-Quit the seeds from the chilies with the knife.
5.- When the pasta ir ready, this is removed of the fire and throws in the water and the leaves with the help of the colander.
6.- In the mixer, put the chilies and the half cream until thick.
7.- In the other casserole put a little of the butter and after put the the pasta already narrow-hipped but not for long time.
8.-After put the mixture of the chilies and the half cream with the grains of corn.
9.- Then mix everything with the spoon.
10.- With the grater, grate all the cheese and put in the pasta with all ingredients.
