STRUCTURAL LEVELS:-Primary structure: Amino line.-Secondary structure:Alpha and B pleated sheet.-Tertiary structure:Alpha and B Togheter.-Quaternary structure:Multiple domains.
CHARACTERISTIC:-Affect the properties that characterize living organisms.-Participation in the immune system.-Control gene expression.
PROTEIN “PASSPORT” HELPS NANOPARTICLES GET PAST INMUNE SYSTEM.
Researchers at the University of
Pennsylvania with these proteins
discovered how to prevent the body
from rejecting medical and therapeutic
devices.
PROTEIN “PASSPORT”HELPS NANOPARTICLES GET PAST INMUNE
SYSTEM
Protein “Passport”:
-Avoid inflammatory response innate immune system, because this system attacks foreign bodies in general.-In this type of response macrophages are involved.
The adaptive immune system does not work in the same way, in this B and T lymphocytes produces antibodies, which generates an improved resistance to reinfection and does not attack the body in a general way.
Macrophages:-Cellular component in innate
immune response.-Recognize and destroy the
invaders.-The proteins bind to the
macrophages… then these proteins bind to the object in the blood called macrophages, if they consider that these proteins have a foreign invader attack him, for this is that these “passport” taunt this recognition to prevent the therapeutic agent is degraded.

OBSERVATION
PROTEIN “FILMED” WHILE UNFOLDING AT ATOMIC.
Scientists in Warsaw and elsewhere have shown in atomic resolution
protein that is losing its shape all with the goal of showing how and why a protein loses its three-dimensional
structure.
PROTEIN “FILMED” WHILE UNFOLDING AT ATOMIC.
“The scientist's findings may help to gain deeper insights into how proteins assume their spatial structure and why intermediate forms of certain proteins misfold in the event of illness”.

OBSERVATION
Most importantly, looking ahead in my opinion is that to know the description
of the structure of the protein on various factors such as temperature, pH and others can start making treatments
of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's that is today little that can
be done about this.I also believe that with the development
of know proteins can look at the molecular processes which can prevent
the folding of proteins in disease.
MEDICAL UTILITY PROTEIN “PASSPORT” HELPS NANOPARTICLES GET PAST
INMUNE SYSTEM.
Creation of nanoparticles which may be joined to a
wide range of vehicles for drug delivery,
utilization of these in multiple experiments such as the inhibition of macrophages. Turn
on the selection of cancerous cells or diseased tissues.
MEDICAL UTILITYPROTEIN “PASSPORT” HELPS NANOPARTICLES GET PAST
INMUNE SYSTEM.
With the discovery of the structures of proteins can perform a treatment early to prevent these to fold and form clusters that cause central nervous system diseases, then this knowledge can develop and administer medication to avoid these folds, this help to reduce global mortality, as well as this study was done in bacteria can implement measures to counter bacterial infections especially in places that need greater security against these pathogens such as hospitals.
