Direct mailingIn addition to past visitors of major events and seminars held by Nikkei Business Publications, free invitations will be sent by mail to decision makers who have the say in introduction of products / services, selected from the list of subscribers of Nikkei Business Publications’ specialized magazines. Exhibitors will also be provided with free invitations so they can invite their specific targets / customers to the event, leading to successful business negotiations. Direct mails will be sent to a total of 250,000 prospects in aim to attract massive visitors.
The internet will be used to solicit a wide range of visitors. Banners, text advertisements, and 5-line advertisements will appear in “nikkeibp.jp”, with over 1,740,000 unique users; “IT Pro”, with 600,000 registered subscribers most of whom are IT engineers; and other web sites managed by Nikkei Business Publications. �e-DMs will be sent to web-site-service subscribers, as well.

* Lots will be just empty spaces demarcated by lines on the floor. (Note: Upon exhibiting, all booths must be partitioned from neighboring lots with walls using system panels and such.)* Booths comprising of 8 or more lots will be arranged as “island booths.” * Booth allocation will be done by the Organizer, taking into consideration the exhibitors’ entry dates, contents of their exhibits, number of lots, requests, etc.
* Workshop entrees are limited to exhibitors of this event. * Audience must sign up to audit each session on the day of the session, and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All audiences must leave the presentation site each time a session is over. * No fees are to be imposed on audience. * The exhibitor holding a workshop session is fully responsible for reception, presentation, MC, preparation and distribution of catalogs and other handouts for their session. * Timetable for the sessions will be decided by the Organizer falling upon the time-length requested by the workshop participants, the order of the entry dates, etc.

A decorated booth plan which comes with rental booth decoration, rental equipments necessary for exhibiting, power rates, etc. Lot space fees are not included.
Presentation space will be set up within the venue at reasonable fees. This will serve as an ideal opportunity to introduce in detail, the product strategies, product characteristics, user case studies, contents of customer support services, which are difficult to fully convey just through exhibits.
