In short, we have launched a gold-mining game where

the player is a gold miner who mines for gold nuggets.

Once the player has mined enough gold nuggets, the

player can save it in their pouch and then bank it. Once

the player has banked enough gold and has reached

certain milestones within the game, they will be awarded

with a real gold bar. Yes, actual gold—delivered to your

door globally via our partners within the gold industry.

This is a world-first: game players are given the chance

to be awarded real gold without having to spend

any money to play the game. The game is causing a

marketing frenzy and huge excitement in the gaming

world.

The game is called DIG THAT GOLD and it was launched

Project Miner are offering the world’s first mobile game franchise opportunity and we

are looking for individuals and companies to be part of a brand new game concept by

owning what we call a ‘mining level’ within the game.

This is through a franchise investment under which you will become the owner of one

of these mining levels.

Your mining level is developed by our team, and from there you will have the freedom

to name, design, manage and promote your level in whatever manner you choose.

This is a novel way of participating in the launch of the game. Full training is made

available via our support team along with online manuals and video tutorials on our

website.

We know that flexibility and freedom are of paramount importance to investors in

this business. Anyone, anywhere, can own a mining level and become part of our

There are different sizes of mines available, and the cost of each mine is dependent

on the size of mine you choose. The bigger the mine, the more time the player spends

digging for gold creating higher revenue for the investor.

Revenue is generated through inApp purchases. The further a player progresses, the

more gold he/she collects. If the player dies he/she has to make inApp purchases to

pick up where he/she left off and not lose his/her gold. The benefit for him/her is he/

she can exchange his/her virtual gold for real gold, the benefit for you is money spent

on your mine retaining gold and completing the level.

The concept of the game was first conceived as a Facebook game and built as a prototype, but has now grown

in design to include a mobile (Apple iOS/Android) version, with a view to roll out on PCs and gaming consoles

at a later date.

was launched globally in Q4 2015

Cubism Law is a commercial law firm with over 40 lawyers based in Chancery Lane which is at the heart of legal

district of London. They are recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers as a leading firm of solicitors in the area

They were first engaged in early 2014 to assist Project Miner with setting up their franchise model for the roll out of

the Game they were developing via a franchise concept. Since then, they have worked closely with the company in

preparing the franchise agreement and advise them generally on franchising related matters.

PwC is the UK member firm of the PwC network, providing industry-focused assurance, tax, consulting and deals

services to build public trust and enhance value for its clients and their stakeholders.

PwC is providing their My Financepartner services to Project Miner Franchise Limited. They will also offer My

Financepartner as an additional service to Project Miner franchisees. My Financepartner is an accounting and insight

service for companies with ambitions. By working with PwC they can give us the support, advice and management

information we and potentially our franchisees need to grow.

A one stop shop for strategy, branding, product design, advertising and a data analysis agency. They have been

employed successfully to launch global companies such as: CandyCrush, Skype, Zoopla, CompareTheMarket and

eHarmony.

Our development team have been working in the software development sector for over 15 years and specialise in

game and bespoke app development. Our team of developers, artists and designers have a wealth of experience in

large scale projects and game / app development. They have over time acquired a spectrum of skills and resources

which they apply to every project that they undertake.

Project Miner is a new cross-platform game covering Android and iOS platforms. The game is a world first, where you

are able to mine for gold nuggets and then be awarded real gold for your achievements within the mines. Giving the

players the opportunity to mine for a real gold award is a unique selling point for the game.

The look and feel of the game will be set around the 1849 Californian gold rush era. The game is set within a virtual

world consisting of different continents and islands and is then again broken down into a number of minable levels

that form stages of the game.

There are different degrees of difficulty and strategy within the game as well as additional mini games to keep the

gamer stimulated and focused.

The mechanics of the gold mining are the same as real world gold mining-digging, panning, and banking.

Players are able to redeem their awarded gold bars once they reach a certain milestone within the game. The

minimum amount to exchange for a gold bar is 1g and can increase to 20g which will then be delivered securely to

the player’s home within fourteen days.
