proRM Resource Planning allows for making bookings, Fixed or Planned entries, or necessary changes directly within the application.
The Orange color appearing in bookings helps employees to understand which data is planned and available for editing.
With proRM Resource Planning, the employees do not need to look for necessary information through the complex structures anymore, they see and use only what they require.

The possibility to use different kinds of views. The application allows you to overview all former, current and planned projects and thus provides a quick glance at their progress. It is also possible to look at a certain project and its subprojects - or a particular subproject - to monitor one or more employees in one window. With multi-screen, the Project Manager can also easily plan different employees simultaneously and consider their interactions. It becomes much easier to monitor and plan the work for all employees from one team at the same time.
The many ways to filter. It allows filtering by Resource Name, Customer, or Project. It is possible to create Planned, Fixed and real bookings directly in the Resource Planning Module with a user-friendly interface. When any type of booking is created, lots of information is directly transparent to the Manager – such as how much budget remains for the project, how many
