    employee oranisational climate an) 5o( satis!action in (an=s

    especially a!ter the intro)#ction o! 'i(eralisation Privatisation

    Glo(alisation 'PG process in the co#ntry. "mployee oranisational

    climate an) 5o( satis!action plays an important role o! an employee

    in terms o! his health an) 9ell (ein an) !or an oraniOation in

    terms o! its pro)#ctivity, e%ciency, employee relations,
