Proposal to use fiducial cross section
Just to use one bin(fiducial cross section) instead of based on photon pT .
WW group have not converged on how to estimate signal shape uncertainty , maybe it is better to extract ATGC limit by using fiducial cross section for now.
Make use of High pT inclusive phase space to extract ATGC limit.
