VBHC stands for Value & Budget Housing Corporation Pvt Ltd and is a professionally managed real

estate company that plans to construct at least a million affordable homes in the country over the

next ten years. The company has a strong focus on quality and aims at offering unmatched value

propositions to its loyal customer base. VBHC was co-founded by ex-Citibank Consumer Banking

Head P.S. Jayakumar and ex-Mphasis Chairman, Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao. The company has also

company is targeting the delivery of around 18, 000 homes in the near future as the first phase of its
