Welcome to First National Murray Bridge
Property Management Staff Profile.
SYLVIA PRESEPIO DIRECTOR / SALES CONSULTANT
The search for an appropriate combination of professionalism, experience and
energy isn’t easy, particularly in an industry where skills vary so widely. However,
with 27 years of Real Estate service excellence, you’d be hard pressed to find
another Agent with a similar track record to Sylvia Presepio. She has built a
reputation founded on ethics and integrity. An accomplished Property
Manager and Residential Sales Estate Agent, Sylvia’s understanding of the
Murray Bridge market is without peer being a resident herself. With hundreds of
properties sold and managed since 1987, Sylvia has the experience to
effectively manage any challenge faced during a sale. She also has the skill to
manage any issue that may arise while managing your Investment Property.
Her ability to balance the essential commitment to her vendor, whilst affording
respect and common courtesy to prospective buyers is her defining difference.
This skill is certainly pivotal to securing the strongest possible outcome during
sales negotiations. Sylvia’s vision for First National Real Estate Murray Bridge is
crystal clear. To set the performance standard over the long term, the entire
team needs to be committed to innovation, expertise and reliability.
TONY PRESEPIO DIRECTOR / PROPERTY MANAGER Tony is Sylvia Presepio’s husband and has been the behind the scenes support
since the opening of First National Real Estate Murray Bridge in 2003.
Professional management of your Investment Property is crucial to the stability
of your income stream. The satisfaction of your tenants is equally important – in
fact it’s integral to the protection of your property, high annual occupancy
and solid yields. Tony’s commitment to the Property Management processes
and the thoroughness of his approach has created respect amongst both
Landlords and Tenants. With more than 20 years experience in Primary
Production in the Murraylands region, Tony’s contacts in the local community
are well established. Tony’s skills and qualifications keep him active in both
Property Management and Sales Departments. Dedicated to the agency’s
vision of ongoing improvement, Tony attends regular Property Management
seminars and training to ensure he is abreast of the latest developments with
the industry and its laws.
FIONA FALZON PROPERTY MANAGER As a Landlord, changing your agent might be one of those things you’d rather
not face, and, after all, aren’t all Property Managers the same anyway? They
find a tenant, collect the rent and pay the bills. Not necessarily. Spare Fiona a
few moments and she’ll explain why First National Real Estate Murray Bridge’s
Property Management Team makes all the difference. ‘Property Managers
are sometimes perceived as little more than law enforcers on a battlefield
between Landlord and Tenant. That’s unfortunate, unnecessary, and
misunderstands the true value a motivated Property Manager can bring to the
equation’ says Fiona. Fiona and the Team see contemporary Property
Management as an opportunity to go beyond simply managing your affairs.
They look for opportunities to enhance your ownership experience, the capital
value of your property, the experience of your tenant and, naturally, your
yield. Fiona’s career in Real Estate began some 22 years ago in the United
Kingdom as a Sales Agent. Upon immigrating to Australia she became a
qualified Property Manager, managing and growing a rent role in the eastern
suburbs of Adelaide.

CALLUM ANSELL PROPERTY MANAGER As a Landlord, has your experience ever been that you seem to know and
care more about your Investment Property than your Property Manager?
That won’t ever be the case when you’re dealing with Callum! Callum is part
of the First National Real Estate Murray Bridge’s Team because his enthusiasm
for property and the Property Management Department is exceptional.
Callum takes pride in his Property Management skills, taking appropriate time
and great care speaking to his Landlords and Tenants to ensure the Property
Management portfolio runs smoothly. His eye for detail and strong focus with
exceptional customer service stands out, combined with an ambition to
advance to Real Estate Sales. Callum is a young man committed to his career
path and already a local home owner himself.
JACK FREESTONE PROPERTY MANAGER
Would you like a Property Manager that cares for your Investment Property as
though it was his own? Jack’s love of property makes him an exceptional
Property Manager; one who is committed to its care and maintenance as well
as its capital improvement. Having lived his life in Myplonga, he qualified as a
Butcher locally before transitioning to Real Estate and aspires to join our Sales
Team in due course. Jack is dedicated to helping the Property Management
Department deliver exceptional service. When he’s not at work, he’s an avid

office administration. As our Sales Administrator, her organisational skills and
eye for detail are critical to getting the job done properly. Born and bred
locally to Murray Bridge, Laura has a strong customer service ethic and is keen
to assist the many customers who sell and rent their homes through the First
National Murray Bridge office. She knows the neighbourhood like the back of
her hand and challenges herself to respond quickly to the needs of all our
customers in both the Sales and Property Management Departments. Laura’s
commitment to providing exceptional service aligns perfectly with the First
National Murray Bridge’s ethos – We put you first.
GRANT FOSTER SALES CONSULTANT
A resident of Murray Bridge for over 20 years, Grant’s tangible enthusiasm for
the region and its lifestyle benefits is infectious. As our riverfront expert, Grant
has sold many of the river’s famous properties over the last 8 years. He loves
everything to do with the river, has owned several river based holiday homes,
and has lived on the riverfront for over 26 years. This powerfully persuasive
element of his approach has customers appreciating the true advantages of
the homes he sells and sound knowledge. A sharp understanding of local
business, itself the product of many years running his family’s business, backs
this passion for the Murray Bridge region. Competitive by nature, Grant’s
involvement in private enterprise adds a level of discipline not frequently seen
in Real Estate Agents. This assures his commitment to the fundamentals of Real
Estate marketing and the delivery of exceptional outcomes, regardless of
market conditions.
