What is AIESEC?AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization(Non-profit, Non-political, Non-religious, & Non-governmental).

Active in over 2400 universities across more than 124 countries and territories, our international plat-form enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a posi-tive impact in society.

Why was AIESEC created?AIESEC was founded in 1948 after the Second World War as a means to create understanding among people from different nations and enable a new generation of leaders envisioning a better world.

Today, after more than 64 years, we continue to enable youth to explore and develop their po-tential to have a positive impact in society.

“Peace and the fulfillment of humankind’s potential” is the vision that drives the organi-zation through engaging and developing every young person in the world.

AIESEC engages with many corporate and non corporate organizations all over the world. They recognize us for a unique youth leadership tal-ent pool.

Why do we create Professional Internships?

Focused on empowering tomorrow’s leaders, AIESEC provides Professional Internship Pro-grams; which encourage leadership in today’s youth. Taking part in one of our programs, is an opportunity for youth to develop personally and professionally through an international experi-ence, and become leaders and make a difference by giving back to their communities.

Why internships are investments in your future?

1. Leadership Development:We aim to empower people and strengthen them through exchange and development programs. AIESEC enlightens, encourages and empowers youth by providing leadership opportunities that will promote and enhance the quality of life for themselves, their communities and our world.

What is Global Talent?

AIESEC in Egypt offers to fresh graduates and post grads/master’s students of Teaching, Management & Information Technology the opportunity of having international professional experience.This program benefits youth with internships that develop their professional skills in a specific work field.By doing this internship, this young professional will have a work experience in a company abroad.

What is “Management” Project?

“Management” project is delivered by AIESEC, where we provide fresh graduates with an op-portunity for a 6-month (or more) internship working in Business Administration or Marketing to experience a new multicultural environment, develop their personal self awareness, a global mindset, and also positively change the lives of the interns and their colleagues.

AIESEC will provide you with a chance to develop great technical skills through multicultural inter-actions where you would be able to implement new techniques.

Who can apply?This project is aimed at fresh graduates with sol-id English and Managerial background who are ready to go abroad in internship for 6 months or more.

Graduates are eligible to apply if no more than 2 years have passed since their graduation, or in case preparing for a diploma, Master’s, or PHD.

To apply for this 6-month internship program you need to have previous work or volunteering experience in the field of Management.

Throughout your experience you will be provid-ed with the necessary arrangements for accom-modation, social support and safety.
