In 2009, LBO France and Yarpa acquired the majority share of Diamont Group, owner of Sebach Srl and Armal Srl, two leading companies in the portable toilets renting and production. This acquisition brought to life Ylda Group S.p.A., which represents the first investment for the LBO France and Yarpa joint venture.

Italian leader of the portable sanitation rental

Sebach is the Tuscan company that imported portable toilets from the United States for the first time in Italy. From 1986, Sebach has been growing widely thanks to a pioneering spirit; nowadays it’s the largest portable toilets service company in Italy with over 80 affiliated rental agencies and 1.000 renting points and thousands of portable toilets rented every day all over the Italian territory. Sebach portable toilets are designed to provide maximum comfort at construction sites and during all other activities of human life in which proper sanitation is required to safeguard public health. After achieving commercial success, Sebach started focusing on product improvement, entrusting Oliviero Toscani to transform the brand and redesign the cabin, which made the brand stronger and recognizable.

Environmental protection has been important to the Sebach philosophy since the year of the company’s establishment. In 2012, this commitment has been finally sealed by the Carta degli impegni per la Sostenibilità (Charter of Commitments for the Eco-sustainability). The attention to recycling material, reduction in water consumption, optimization of waste collection and disposal, are the main points of company’s daily operations.
