Indicators on the front panel show errors, selections and availability.
1 Remote 2 functionsThe ProLyft 1-channel remote control can be used as a remote up/down in combination with the Aetos Pro controllers; operating the hoists as pre-selected on the hoist control front panel. Hoist controllers can be linked; in this case the remote control will operate all selected hoists in the complete system.In order to leave the remote safely unattended a DESELECT button is available to release the selection from the remote without the need to walk to the hoist controllers. The ProLyft 1-channel remote control can be used as a 1-way controller (pickle) in combination with the Auxo hoist.

Upgrade your Aetos hoist with a load cell Adding a load cell to a standard Aetos hoist is easy and can be done within minutes:• The load cell replaces one of the hook connection pins• The amplifier can be positioned either inside the hoist, or in a
separate box outside the hoist• Each load cell is wired with a 4pin XLR cable

1 Remote 2 functionsThe ProLyft 1-channel remote control can be used as a remote up/down in combination with the Aetos Pro controllers; operating the hoists as pre-selected on the hoist control front panel. Hoist controllers can be linked; in this case the remote control will operate all selected hoists in the complete system.In order to leave the remote safely unattended a DESELECT button is available to release the selection from the remote without the need to walk to the hoist controllers. The ProLyft 1-channel remote control can be used as a 1-way controller (pickle) in combination with the Auxo hoist.

Upgrade your Aetos hoist with a load cell Adding a load cell to a standard Aetos hoist is easy and can be done within minutes:• The load cell replaces one of the hook connection pins• The amplifier can be positioned either inside the hoist, or in a
separate box outside the hoist• Each load cell is wired with a 4pin XLR cable
Load cells pins are available for all loading capacities. Additional specifications:• 200% proof load• 500% ultimate load• < +/- 1% accuracy • pins are IP67

Load monitoring interfaceThe load cells are powered from the load monitor interface, which is positioned in between the remote control panel and the hoist controllers. The load monitor reads the load cells and connects the data to the corresponding hoist. Hoist can always be lowered when an overload is detected. The load monitor interface is available up to 24 channels.
Additional functions of the load monitoring interface:• Hoist and chain length selection to detect self weight of hoists• Motor up or motor down selection• Overload level switch-off setting• Overload level warning setting• Peak hold display
