The AmendmentWHY IT WAS NECESSARY THE PROCEDURE OF AMENDMENT?

1.Termination of a party’s participation - due to its non-accession to the grant agreement, EKOGUMA has been removed from the list of the Associations taking part to the project;2.Accession of new parties – BPF and ND .

WHAT’S CHANGED?The composition of the Consortium – reinforcement of the consortium (and of the project) in terms of skills, experience, prestige, dissemination .... What else?The Budget – a new budget breakdown ( see section A3 of the DoW);The share of the IPRs – a new foreground management (see tables of the Part B of the DoW);The CA – modifications made on the Addendum;The DoW –official version dated 18/01/2013.
