    1. Job name: Project Services Manager

    2. Job Description:

    to serve as the point of contact for the customer: answering all questions, providing project

    management, striving to honour commitments, problem solving, following all processes andprocedures

    to supervise the Drafting and Estimating departments.

    2.Responsibilities:

    assist Project Managers in development of budgets, schedules and cost measurement on all

    projects. provide project control oversight on all !" projects

    develop and Maintain project status reports

    issue monthl# project status reports to the Managing Director

    signing bonus and relocation pac$age is available

    initiate and maintain contact with customers once a project becomes a job: establish ship

    dates, ship to address, questions regarding products and production, color ranges, etc. m

    manage Drafting and Estimating departments including: setting objectives, measuring

    performance, completing performance reviews, giving feedbac$, proposing pa# adjustments,hiring, terminating and structuring department as required

    after quote%estimating file becomes a project and project file is created, wor$ with the

    customer form the beginning of the project through shipping process and be#ond, includingproblems with stone installation.

    maintain information for &S process regarding ship dates and location in fabricating line, i.e.

    initial%revised schedule notifications, sales and quote performance report, macro schedule

    remain in constant contact with production scheduler to establish initial ship dates and end

    dates

    receive status updates from production scheduler regarding project status and actual ship

    dates

    contact customer with updated information as necessar#

    develop 'e# Performance &ndicators for Drafting, Estimating and Project Management

    put in place continuous measurements and corrective actions

    determine when to outsource projects

    wor$ with the technical manager to coordinate and oversee the outsourcing of projects

    continue to provide project management and customer service to the client

    interact closel# with estimators and drafters( attend drafter)s wee$l# meetings to represent

    customer service issues and project timelines

    serving as a liaison, wor$ with other departments to identif# and solve problems as the#

    occur

    contract review and negotiation
