ABOUT
900 West is a luxury condominium building located in the heart of the West Loop in Downtown Chicago. The 10-story warehouse style building features 22 exclusive residential units including a pair of multi-story penthouses that offer skyline views of downtown amidst a restaurant and gallery-rich neighborhood.
The building’s exterior combines concrete and Reynobond® FR panels to create a modern-day version of the loft-warehouse look that pays tribute to the industrial rich history of Chicago’s famed West Loop neighborhood. To help achieve this look, Creative Panel Systems, Inc. fabricated 54,388 square feet of Reynobond® FR panels in a charcoal finish which were affixed to the exterior of the building using a rainscreen attachment system.
Built to LEED GOLD standards and energy efficient from the inside out, 900 West is sure to stand out while offering residents an elevated level of quality, comfort, and attention to detail.
