ABOUT
MGM National Harbor is a luxury casino and resort located just outside Washington, DC in nearby Oxon Hill, Maryland. This 24-story hotel features 308 rooms and more than 175,000 square feet in gaming, retail, meeting, and event space for guests overlooking the P0tomac River.
Inspired by the capital’s historical monuments, the modern, bold, and powerful design included a custom white finish of Reynobond® ACM panels for longevity and a timeless appeal to closely resemble the nation’s landmarks in the nearby area.
Using a pressure equalized rain-screen composite panel system, MG McGrath Inc. fabricated and installed over 6,750 square feet of Reynobond® ACM panels along the roof and soffit line in a high perfoming, coil coated Colorweld® 500 Kuala White finish backed by a 30-year warranty that will be sure to leave the casino and resort an area staple for years to come.
