Today the life is getting fast and purchasing power of consumer has

increased. In service sector industry quality of service has better impart rather than

cost factor. Certain sector still is not organized and we therefore intend to create a

organized service sector in house hold maintenance industry. With use of Web we

can attract customer and easy access to information and serve also.

Statement of Work

The Main Backbone of the Business is Website. The important factor

considered for the success of business depends on how effectively we execute the

web development phase and to see that the phase is completed in timely manner

and satisfies the needs and goals of business.

unorganized. With Delay and irregularity customers are facing more problems.

This is our main USP which can differentiate us from others.

By the Use of Website Customer can easily access the information and book the

service. This website can be used as effective tool for marketing and as the logic ofthe company is get organized work this website can add additional advantage to it.

Moreover Paperless operations and feedback are also possible from customers.

Strategic Plan

As mentioned above we have planned the project of web development in 10

stages and prior to it proper paperwork with necessary inputs from customer is

essential.

Second Strategy is to review at every stage of development and matchingcompletion of work with intended goals of the website.

Certain phases after initial finalization of work will continue in parallel manner in

assigned and distributed and with clean understanding and communication. Still for

the safety purpose we follow the method of regular assessment for work done that

Good Coordination among team members.

We have already worked on such project so we are already aware the technicaldifficulties and problems that can occur and this has helped us to plan the project

accordingly and time distribution of work done is also done in the similar fashion.

Similar Age groups of Team members

We as a team belong to same age groups which increases our understanding and

we are all aware of responsibilities. Moreover we have equality in work

distribution so there very less chances of clashes. However under any

circumstances we always follow the rule of discussion and resolve regarding any

problems or difference of opinions.
