Mpartner, acronym of Management Partner, is a project and construction management company born in 2005 by the union of different skills from different professional fields: design companies; construction companies; engineering companies. From the fusion of these different fields and from the decennial experience in the construction industry, Mpartner born for the management and the realization of complex interventions in the Lombardy region.
Mpartner collaborated in an interdisciplinary way to project and construction management of the most significant projects that have changed the last ten years the skyline of the city of Milan.Mpartner is part of the engineering and construction services market for our skills aimed at implementation issues and the specific technologies of construction, with extensive experience in executive and construction design, developed through direct contact with management and executive issues on site.This allowed the company to acquire experience of all support services to construction, from planning at all levels (feasibility studies, preliminary, definitive, executive and construction design) up to support the realization (assistance to contracts, purchases,
construction design, site management) and its supervision (construction supervision, site safety, final test).The know how acquired made Mpartner as a great
flexible company, making it a versatile reality, able to work alongside all actors in the construction industry as investors, real estate developers or general contractors.
Mpartner is a company of people with over three decades of professional experience in the fields of planning, construction and management of the entire construction process.
It is a company of engineering and services for the construction based on optimization of resources.
The principles on which it is based, selected and implemented to stimulate the development and growth of the organization in its market and in general, in the Company, can be summarized as:
Diversity as an enrichment for the preservation and development of the human and professional experience of each collaborator;
Unity of common and shared goals as a strategic tool to ensure the implementation clean processes;
Membership as an added value to make the team stronger and provide the best product to the client.

Mpartner bases its services on the capacities
expressed by a team of professionals, specialized in
different fields.
The deepening and transverse exchange of different disciplines relevant to the topic of build, transform the work in a team workshops to find the most appropriate solutions to solve the specific problems of the sector.
To achieve that goal, the team consists of a high
percentage of professionals who work in it since its
establishment.
The Company can count on a several number of senior professionals as well as performing business duties, contribute to the mentoring of new junior
collaborators who look out for the first time to the world of work, making welcoming joined the company and implementing the work training that normally the company promotes inside.
To date the Mpartner Team consists of about 70
people.

Mpartner carry out its services in different areas related to the field of civil and industrial construction, plant engineering and construction (project and construction management, design, construction management, quality, safety, testing, evaluations and reports, advice to contracting, etc.) to develop the building process from the initial stages until construction.The Company also provides other services geared to the support of financial investors and real estate developers running: feasibility studies for the detection of various development alternatives for a site; value engineering activities for the balance of costs and benefits in development initiatives; due diligence for the technical assessment of acquisitions or transfers.Mpartner is also careful to environmental issues. Specialized for servicing and managing the process of acquiring the credits LEED certifications.The integrated process of planning and management phase of the building process has evolved over the years through the investment made in the parametric management design and the building process through Building Information Modeling.Therefore Mpartner, updated with the current market requirements, it is structured to be able to develop the entire design process according to the BIM methodology, up to the management of building construction projects and the Facility (7D), providing this service is to Investors to general contractors.The Mpartner structure also support the General Contractors in the development of the entire building production process, organizing “task forces” dedicated able to develop executive and building construction for all design disciplines, to provide the functions typical project and construction management, to organize and manage the construction both technically and administratively. The ideal partner for: real estate investors, private companies, international companies, general contractors.
Mpartner is structured to provide interdisciplinary services and is the best partner for a total and coordinated development of high profile projects.
Our services are based on careful coordination of all actors and processes relevant to architectural, structural, plant engineering and specialist design in general with particular attention to the resolution of the realization problems, with a particular focus on architectural detail and engineering of specialized topics.The programming and the control of each stage of production leads to product quality, timing and cost savings.
Mpartner believes that the integrated approach, the overall view of the construction process, is a key factor for the success of the building.
For this reason, the development of the BIM methodology within its structure has been a process of natural evolution of modeling and information fields (LOD and LOI) in the different stages of implementation 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D.
For the Company, it is essential to share with the clients and the design team of the content of the model with the aim of defining what is needed to implement it, in order to provide the client with a knowledge and property management.
Mpartner is structured to assist the Client in managing complex projects, from technical-economic feasibility analysis to multidisciplinary coordination of different actors.
Accurate programming, meticulous control of the activities, and accurate cost analysis of the work support the monitoring and management of the project and the contract.

Mpartner is a reference to the Client for all site services. The skills gained on the field allow generic and specialist site management, with technical and managerial skills formulated in dealing with large projects with a problem-solving approach.
Completing the activities, in addition to verifying the correct execution of the works, coordinates and performs surveys, tests, surveys and monitoring, temporary and final structural and performance tests.
The sustainability of a construction start from the planning stage in the precise choices to be made regarding the materials and the type of plants to be used, with particular attention to energy sources and consumption.Energy efficiency, the ecological expertise of certified LEED (The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) buildings and Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), are the process of sustainability of the building process.
Mpartner is a member of the Green Building Council, carries out consultancy and support for obtaining LEED credits and has participated in major projects, who received these certifications.
Site Management Sustainability
Mpartner has developed his skills with particular regard to the construction aspects and proposes to Contractors to assist them in the various management and development activities of a contract.
Mpartner provides Contractors with their professionalism by integrating with the organization of the company in order to successfully pursue the goal of achieving the work in respect of quality, time of implementation and cost.

Mpartner prepares his contribution according to the following scheme:

Starting from the analysis of customer needs, technical issues and forecasting of
people to be involved, Mpartner identifies the organization chart that best suits
the project and on that basis provides a “dedicated” team whose management
is entrusted to a partner of the Company itself in order to control and facilitate
dialogue with the Client.
In addition to the “partners”, whose specific profiles allow you to respond
with determination in performing the various tasks, the company has its own
specialized staff in different fields (design, administrative management, operational
management, security and quality) that integrates all functions in the established
organization chart.
QUALITY AND ETHIC
Mpartner believes in the quality of work and the shared approach and
control measures required to ensure that business quality processes,
or specific job processes, are implemented and monitored.
Therefore, Mpartner has a set of operational and articulated
procedures for the areas of intervention required by the assignment,
aimed at planning the activities (design plan, shopping plan, work
scheduling etc.), controls (design checks, advancements, execution
controls, etc.) and reporting.
Fundamental principle of Mpartner are also the principles of
correctness, ethics and transparency of all decision-making and
business processes.
Therefore, the activities carried out by Mpartner are carried out
in accordance with the quality system according to UNI EN ISO
9001:2008, cat. EA:34, as certified SGS n. IT14/0986, as well as
the organizational model D.Lgs231, and to the Code of Ethics as
certified by SGS n. IT 14/1008.

Mpartner Headquarters are located in Building16, a renovated and redeveloped building in the Bicocca area. The same building that is historically linked to the company Breda, that operated in this location in 1953. Since 2010, Building16 accommodates Mpartner HQ in a factory-loft that’s reminiscent of the old industrial factory in some stylistic elements.The offices altogether cover an area of 680 m2, including the ground and mezzanine floors.The space has been organized into functional areas to better optimize the services.At the mezzanine floor are the directives/administrative functions, while the main floor is the operational heart of the company divided by areas of operation (project and construction management, planning, BIM design, etc.).
