Departmental Programs

Departmental Programming This is programming that is designed to incorporate the entire Residence Life staff. The

Independent living crew is responsible for planning, organizing, and running this event.

How it will work Independent Living RA’s will meet and choose a topic for the month from a list of ideas

provided by AC Bobby They will then develop a few ideas of how the topic should be presented

They will also create a needs list, personnel list, and timeline in preparation for the event and submit that to AC Bobby

Once the program has begun to develop, the Independent living RA’s will present their plan of action to the entire ResLife staff during a monthly staff meeting

At the meeting The Independent Living crew will:

Assign other RA’s to specific tasks from their list Gather more insight and ideas from the entire staff Pick a date for the program
