-Saturday 26th September-Arrival of the groups in Pineda at the Meeting Point.Distribution of detailed program of the event. Accommodation in hotels. Introduc-tion of the hostess who will assist the bands during their stay.

-Tuesday 29th September-Free Day - at disposal for any excur-sion* . Or a good alternative is to enjoy the swimming pool of the hotel ore the beautiful beaches.*Guides can be booked with Ruga Travel Groups

-Wednesday 30th September-9:00 a.m. Performances of groups at the Plaza «Can Comas»

4:00 p.m. Parade of all groups in the historic center of Pineda de Mar. A comme-morative plaque of the festival will be given to all participants by the Mayor of Pineda de Mar.

10:00 a.m.

Under the law of Catalonia (1.11.2012) the tax is collected for first 7 days of staying in hotels for guests older than 16 years:

✴ Hotel 1/2/3* € 0,50 per per-son/night

✴ Hotel 4* € 1,00 per person/night

✴ In order to support promoters and managers following conces-sion is granted: 1 free stay for every 26 participants (in a double room)

✴ For stays shorter than 7 nights, € 3 will be added per night and person

✴ MANDATORY: insurance “Europ Assistance” € 8,00 per person

-In a room with 2 adults-

*Children under ten years have 50% discount *Children under two years are for FREE *Minimum with 2 adults in same room

✴ Supplement of € 13,00 per night for a 1 person room
