COMMUNICATION
Q. What if I need customer service support?
A. Following the steps below will assure that requests or any issues that may arise are resolved to your satisfaction:
1. Talk to the Service Sales Representative (SSR) that services your branch each week.
2. For additional customer support, contact your local Cintas or the subcontractor providing your service.
3. If your local Cintas is unable to address your request, please call Cintas' National Service Team at 800.795.7368.
PROGRAM NOTES
Q. How do I receive the national pricing and participate in the national program?
A. Local agreements must be signed. Pricing will not change for a current Affiliate customer until a new full term agreement is signed or the expiration of the current agreement results in a renewal. At the time of renewal the customer will be priced at the ceiling price (pricing shall not exceed the AAA “ceiling price”).

A. Garment and non-garment items not listed on this Fact Sheet may be rented at local pricing. Garment colors and emblem designs are at the discretion of the individual Branch Manager. Contact your Cintas Service Sales Representative (SSR) to request additional items.
LOST/DAMAGED REPLACEMENT CHARGES
Q. What are Lost/Replacement Charges?
A. A Loss/Replacement (LR) charge is incurred if items are lost or need to be replaced for a reason other than normal wear and tear. If facility service items are not turned in on service days, you may receive an LR charge.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
Q. What type of Billing and Payment terms do we have with Cintas?
A. All billing and payment will be done locally between the individual Cintas location and customer facility. A monthly statement will be sent to your facility by the Cintas location that services you each week. Your facility is responsible for paying the Cintas location. Payment terms are Net 30 days.
AAA NATIONAL RENTAL PROGRAM
National Pricing: Garment descriptions, Cintas style numbers, inventories, changes, the corresponding rental pricing and the individual loss/replacement charges for your uniform program are listed in the below section. Below pricing is ceiling pricing (pricing shall not exceed the AAA “ceiling price”). All below prices are weekly rental price per inventory.
