Two major consequences: • Unable to capture information for important University statistics (US News)
• Not capturing employer data – missing relationship building opportunities
Other significant issues: • Silos – different paperwork for different departments
• Complicated reporting process on student side
• Significant amounts of staff time being wasted university-wide
