IBUPROFEN 5% W/W GELANTI-INFLAMMATORY
The name of your medicine is Radian BAnti-inflammatory ibuprofen 5% w/w gel.This will be referred to as Radian B throughoutthis leaflet.
You must contact your doctor if yoursymptoms worsen at any time, or do notimprove after 2 weeks.
have ever had an allergic reaction, includingasthma, inflammation of the inside of thenose (rhinitis) or nettle rash (urticaria) broughton by using aspirin, ibuprofen or other NSAIDs.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have: kidney problems.
a peptic ulcer.asthma.previously had a bad reaction to aspirin or ibuprofen.
Avoid exposing the treated area to excessive sunlight.Do not smoke or go near naked flames - risk ofsevere burns. Fabric (clothing, bedding, dressings etc)that has been in contact with this product burnsmore easily and is a serious fire hazard. Washingclothing and bedding may reduce product build-upbut not totally remove it.
You should not use Radian B during pregnancy orbreast-feeding. It may lengthen your pregnancyand labour time.
Contact your doctor if your symptoms worsen atany time or do not improve after 2 weeks.
Some people may have side effects when takingthis medicine. If you experience any of thefollowing stop using Radian B immediately andtalk to your doctor or pharmacist:

Store below 25 C and replace cap tightly after use.

Contains Benzyl AlcoholThis medicine contains 1% w/w benzyl alcoholwhich may cause mild local skin irritation(allergic reactions).

Skin reactionsSerious skin reactions have been reported inassociation with Radian B treatment. You shouldstop taking Radian B and seek medical attentionimmediately, if you develop any skin rash, lesions ofthe mucous membranes, blisters or other signs ofallergy since this can be the first signs of a veryserious skin reaction. See section 4.
A red, scaly widespread rash with bumps underthe skin and blisters mainly localized on theskin folds, trunk, and upper extremitiesaccompanied by fever at the initiation oftreatment (acute generalised exanthematouspustulosis). Stop using Radian B if you developthese symptoms and seek medical attentionimmediately. See also section 2.
Skin becomes sensitive to light
