Cleaners EZ Stain manufactures three types of non-toxic

What sets our concrete cleaners apart from any

others we have seen are the chemicals they are

using them. They are all 100% acid-free.

The Ultra-Safe Clean & Etch is a powerful cleaner

that has the power to remove efflorescence and

lime, but is safe enough to use indoors if desired.

The Architectural Reveal is a dissolver that is

designed to completely remove the top surface

of concrete when used undiluted and will leave

the exposed aggregate to shine under the stain.

The Encapsulating Degreaser lifts tough

petroleum based oils from driveways and cleans

all types of concrete. No emulsification since

encapsulation occurs at a molecular level.

Stains EZ Stain manufactures 16 water-based stains

ranging from bright yellows and blues to more

traditional shades of brown and tan. All of these

stains are made from bio-degradable substances

that are manufactured using cutting edge

technology and project-proven formulas. You will

not find a higher quality stain that you can count

Sealers EZ Stain manufactures only one concrete sealer.

The reason for this is that depending upon the

application method used, it can achieve virtually

any commonly requested outcome. You can use

this sealer indoors or outdoors on virtually any

concrete surface, brick, stone or tile.

About Us EZ Stain Solutions, LLC was founded in 2009 in San Diego, CA. After

years of working on concrete projects, our founder Dean Hilbert

noticed that many of his customers were looking to match new and

existing concrete. The problem was that there was no simple way to

do so with the products on the market.

So, he began working with chemists to create stains that could be

made in a concentrate and then diluted to the desired color as a

perfect match. By 2009, after seemingly endless amounts of testing in

the laboratory, the nano-particulate was final and EZ Stain was born.

From the beginning, EZ Stain developed a list of ideals and our

founder required all products to be thoughtfully sourced,

manufactured, shipped and used. Our mission is “to provide the

highest quality, eco-friendliest products that are easy to use and

reasonably priced.” And, the boss takes this very seriously!

All EZ Stain products are water- or synthetic acid-based because

they are much safer for the environment and our customers.

Advances in technology have increased the abilities of synthetic

acids to go beyond what traditional hazardous chemicals could do.

EZ Stain’s concrete stains come in a variety of

colors from bright blue or yellow, to traditional

brown and grey. They are all water-based stains

for concrete, tile, masonry and even wood

surfaces. They can be applied both indoors &

outdoors and are extremely easy to apply.

Uses Our stains are very high quality and permanently stain all

concrete, brick, natural and manufactured stone,

stucco, slate and unglazed tile surfaces. They are also

used to create marble and other finishes by using

multiple colors. Particularly on elegant interior finishes.

Features EZ Stain Water-Based Concrete Stain concentrates are

non-toxic, Zero VOC formulas with a Triple Zero HMIS. It is

very easy to apply, lasts long and can be tested, diluted,

and recoated for differing end results. Completely

biodegradable formula that has been lab tested for the

highest quality results and no negative impacts on the

environment.

ALL-PURPOSE CONCRETE SEALER

WATER-BASED

EZ Stain’s sealer is a non-yellowing, clear water-

based acrylic that protects concrete, tile and

masonry surfaces. Enhances finish and deters

cooking oil & grease both indoors & outdoors

and are extremely easy to apply and maintain.

Uses Our sealer creates water seals, protects and improves

appearance of stamped and exposed aggregate

concrete, brick, natural and manufactured stone,

stucco, slate and unglazed tile. It is also used as a base

for interior finishes and polishes. Sealing concrete and

masonry surfaces prior to painting or applying over

painted or color stain surfaces can be done indoors or

outdoors.

Features EZ Stain All-Purpose Concrete Sealer repels oil and grease

stains and reduces efflorescence. It is a breathable

medium gloss coating that cleans up with water. It is very

easy to apply, lasts long and can be recoated. And, it

qualifies for LEED points.
