ELECTRICAL CHEMICAL INJECTION PACKAGES

API 675 plunger, control volume pumps with high accuracy

and head multiplexing capability, flow rates from 0.04 83

LPH & process pressure up to 9000 PSIG.

Diaphragm pumps with high particle tolerance and low

pulsation, flow rates 0.04 8403 LPH, process pressure up

to 2500 PSIG.

Flow rate adjustment through eccentric stroke length

reducer OR through VFD.

Can be provided with a PLC & flow ratio controllers, with

Local chemical flow meters.

Ability to measure low chemical flow rates ( min. 1.0 - 1.5

L/D)

Full system is ATEX approved & suitable for hazardous

area.

Can be provided with process analyzers like PH, ORP,

Conductivity and Chlorine analyzer.

displacement reciprocating injection pumps.

Flow rates between 0.4 and 6.3 G / day up to 1500 psig.

Ability to inject the high viscosity agent / polymer in a

Using either pneumatic (double diaphragm) &

electrical (with variable speed driver) booster pump.

Can give DRA Flow rate of 200 LPH @ 5400 PSIG.

METERING SKIDS

FUEL GAS CONDITIONING SKIDS

These units are designed to deliver clean & treated natural or

associated fuel gas to the gas turbines.

The fuel gas is super heated above the hydrocarbon and

water dew point.

The system includes:
