Solution

Private Placement Advisors LLC licenses turnkey proprietary crowdfunding platforms and associated services to real estate sponsors and investors. The licensee is given the opportunity to promote its own listings on a branded local real estate platform. More importantly, the licensee has the opportunity to raise $100,000 to $1,500,000 in convertible debt with a 506(c offering for its own blind pool. (The licensee is not required to get into the loan servicing business if it uses our most popular business model).
