September 7, 2017 through December 31, 2017 3. Only Sunday and Monday games during the regular season will

be eligible a. Games played in London will also not be eligible for this contest. 4. Participants must submit a tie breaker score for each week’s Monday

Night Game. A tie breaker score is the total points scored during each week’s Monday Night Game.

5. If there is no Monday Night Game, the last game to be played on that week’s Sunday will be the tie breaker game.

6. Participants receive one (1) free entry each week. Participants may earn one (1) additional entry if they earn 100 base points on slots or Bingo or $10 average bet for one hour of Table Games play or equivalent.

7. Selections must be made between 12:00 pm (noon) each Tuesday and 10:00 am each Sunday of the regular season.

8. All selections are final. 9. Weekly Place Prizes: a. Winners will be chosen based on most wins for the week. b. If a tie occurs, the tie breaker score will be used to determine

a winner. c. If a tie still exists, the participant that submitted their picks first

will determine the winner. d. This will continue until the top 17 places of the week are determined. e. Winners will be available after 12:00 pm (noon) on Tuesdays. f. If determined a cash winner, the kiosk will print out a ticket for

redemption at the Rampart Rewards Club. If determined a Free Slot Play winner, the winner must accept the prize at the kiosk for the amount to be loaded to the card

i. Free Slot Play is valid for 48 hours. g. Guests have 30 days to claim their prize. If not redeemed within

30 days, prize will be forfeited.

10. End of The Season Drawing: a. Guests earn one (1) entry for every 100 points earned on slots or

equivalent or $10 average bet for one hour of Table Games play or equivalent if they place at least one Red Zone to Riches Card.

i. If a guest does not participate in the weekly Red Zone to Riches picks, their entries are not valid for the drawing.

ii. A pick must be submitted each week for entries to be added to the drum.

iii. A participant will earn entries on a Tuesday through Monday schedule and entries will be updated each Tuesday.

b. Participants must swipe-in between 10 am and 1 pm on Sunday, January 7, 2018 for the 1 pm drawing. (Only one swipe required per day. No points required to swipe in entries.)

c. Customers who check into the drawing without entries are not eligible to win.

d. Drawings will take place at the designated area (see Resort Rewards Club for details).

e. Customer must be present to win. Guests have three minutes to claim their prize.

f. Automated drawing entries are non-transferable.

g. Drawing will be held January 7, 2018 at 1 pm.

h. At the drawing, fifteen winners will be drawn.

i. The top prize will be a 2017 Ford F-150 or $25,000 Cash.

j. Participants can only win once during the drawing.

k. Customers can choose their prize in cash, free slot play, promotional chips, or points.

l. The Prize Drum will be reset after the drawing.

11. Although this promotion is called $80,000 Red Zone to Riches, the actual amount of prize consideration awarded may exceed, equal, or be less than $80,000 and the actual amount of prize consideration awarded based on the number collected prizes.

12. In case of Public Address system failure, the drawing continues on site manually. Management urges guests to be in or around the drawing area.

13. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to Rampart Casino and any of its affiliated companies to use their names or likeness, etc. for promotional purposes without compensation.

14. Participation in this promotion constitutes the guests’ agreement to abide by the rules of this promotion and the decisions of the management.

15. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion and distribute additional picks at their discretion.

16. Employees of Rampart Casino and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

17. All management decisions are final. If a satisfactory resolution to a dispute cannot be reached for the parties involved, the dispute is subject to the dispute arbitration process of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
