Hop Nuts Brewery

Opened in Q1 of 2015, Hop Nuts Brewery is now down-town’s second microbrewery, brewing a variety of beers and bringing a comfortable lounge environment to Main Street. With no food component, the brewery welcomes customers to pick from over 10 local restaurants’ de-livery menus they keep handy and order items like full pizzas right to their bar seat.

Casa Don Juan Mexican Restaurant

Casa Don Juan has been serving as a beacon of old fashioned authentic Mexican food in the Arts District for many years and is joined by the El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant only a few blocks to the North. Casa Don Juan brings in a full lunch and dinner crowd alike and is set to undergo an expansion in the near future to accommodate its clientele better, including a two story addition to their existing structure to hold banquets and other special events. After the expansion, it will be more than twice the current size.

Draft Makers and Finders Coffee

This concept, whose aim is to bring the attention to de-tail associated with fine dining to an otherwise casual atmosphere, has had consistent steady business since opening, and has quite the following for being a place to bring a laptop and work. It recently expanded its hours and menus.

ReBar

Opened in May 2016, ReBar is a 1,775 SF wine bar, gastropub, and antiques store across the street from the popular Velveteen Rabbit. It features over 100 wines and an outdoor seating area.

Vesta Coffee Roasters

The 2,169 SF Vesta Coffee Roasters is the first down-town Arts District coffee roasting outfit. From the owners of Le Pho and Le Thai, the space features an extensive seating area in a handsome renovation to the original façade, offering coffees from Columbia, Kenya, Guate-mala and Ethiopia.

Draft Cornish Pasty Company

Opened in 2016, the Cornish Pasty Company has been an establishment on East Sahara Avenue for many years and now has chosen to make the move to the Arts District with a high impact blade sign facing the busy East Charleston Boulevard. This 195 person capacity 8,000 SF restaurant features a central bar and kitchen as well as pool tables.

Eclipse Theater

Located at 814 South Third Street, Downtown Las Ve-gas, Eclipse Theaters offers eight auditoriums which range in size from 33 to 55 luxury seats along with full food and beverage service. The theaters are also de-signed to host intimate concerts and other small events.

BLVD Building

Completed in 2015, this 17,000 SF mixed use building was originally built in 1954, now houses 13 market-rate apartment units with such finishes as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and sits above a 8,500 SF ground floor restaurant / retail component. The apart-ment units are fully leased and the retail spaces are un-dergoing tenant improvements at this time. The approx-imately 21,500 SF parking and courtyard area features cobble stone pavers and is surrounded by custom iron-work. Opened in August 2016, Makeshift Union is a new high-end barber shop on the ground floor of the building.
