The Tenderer shall su*mit the names and addresses of those for whom he has recentlycompleted wor$ of a similar nature and who may *e approached for rele)ant comment&

The Tender shall *e su*mitted in two en)elopes9 one comprisin! a Technical Proposal and onecontainin! the Commercial Proposal& The Technical Proposal shall contain all the re7uireddocuments re7uested in the tender documents e6cludin! any su*mission of a Commercialnature& All su*missions of the Commercial nature shall comprise the TendererKs CommercialProposal&

The ori!inal set of the Tender Documents and Technical Proposal shall *e sealed in an inner en)elope mar$ed 3Ori!inal4 and the other two sets in an inner en)elope mar$ed 3Copy4& oth of these en)elopes shall *e placed in an outer en)elope mar$ed 3Ori!inal and Copy TechnicalProposal4 sealed with red wa6 and shall *ear the pro8ect name, tender num*er and address of the Tender oard&

Similarly the ori!inal Commercial Proposal shall *e sealed in an inner en)elope mar$ed 3Ori!inal4and the other two sets in an inner en)elope mar$ed 3Copy4& oth of these en)elopes shall *eplaced in an outer stron! en)elope mar$ed 3Ori!inal and Copy of Commercial Proposal4 sealedwith red wa6 and shall *ear the pro8ect name, tender num*er and address of the Tender oard&

The e6terior of the sealed pac$a!e must not re)eal the identity of the Tenderer&

The full cost of preparation and su*mission of the Tender will *e *orne *y the Tenderer& Tendersshall *e deli)ered to the Office of the Tender oard, Al huwair at any reasona*le time up to thelatest date and time stated in the -etter of "n)itation to Tender or such other day as may *enotified in any Addendum issued *y the Tender oard in accordance with Clause %&B of theseinstructions&

TendererKs Technical and Commercial Proposals will *e opened at the offices of the Tender oard& Time and date for su*mission of Technical and Commercial Proposals will *e specified inthe "n)itation to Tender& Any Tender recei)ed after the time and date fi6ed for su*mission of Tender will *e re8ected re!ardless of the cause of delay&

The tenders shall *e e)aluated in two steps= the technical proposal will *e opened and e)aluatedfirst& After the e)aluation of the technical proposals has *een completed, the financial proposal for the technically 7ualified Tenderers will *e opened and e)aluated&
