MOVIE NIGHT

Thank you to Amelia Taylor and Andrea Edwards for organising our very first community Movie Night. All

proceeds raised on the evening will be going towards our new Art Room chairs due to arrive very soon.

STAFF NEWS It was wonderful to farewell our much loved Mrs Peel yesterday. The children sang beautifully and I know Mrs Peel loved the warm and sincere words of thanks for her hard work over many years at Templeton. Although we still hold on to her during Library lessons in term 4, yesterday’s celebration of her time as our Assistant Principal was heartfelt and a fitting end to her full time career. In addition, we wish Miss Phang and her partner, Jason all the best for their special day as they tie the knot during the holidays. Mrs Phang will return to us in week two next term after celebrating their wedding day.

PUPIL FREE DAY

As has been advertised previously, please don’t forget, Monday 5th November is a pupil free day. All

staff will be working on student reports so please make alternate arrangements for your children on this

day.

THIS WEEK’S CLASSROOM VISIT

FOOTY FEVER AT TEMPLETON And what a way to finish the term! When Mr Crilly and I couldn’t decide who would win tonight’s game, I took a random and unbiased poll of our students to get a Templeton view on who would win. And wouldn’t you know it, it was unanimous; Richmond by 40 points and Dusty would kick 6 goals on one leg!! Have a safe and enjoyable school holidays and we look forward to seeing you all back at Templeton on Monday 8th October.
