PRECIPITATE GOLD

Mr. Wilson, Mr. Wilson, You Can Do No Wrong

I grew up in a nice normal suburb, Cedar Grove, New Jersey 20 miles outside the Big Apple, New York City. My grandmother from Hoboken, called it Africa, as they never owned a car and felt we were going to be boiled alive by pigmies living out in the boonies. My parents wanted to raise a family in suburbia.

I lived an idyllic childhood playing in the woods from 9AM till 5PM. Cops & Robbers, Cowboys & Indians, Kick the Can, Stickball etc, which filled our dance

card. Being a parent back then, they sure had it made …open the door and ring the supper bell 8 hours later. I tell you as a child it was nothing but fun and games.

But of course, all good things must come to an end. My parents insisted I must get my first job. I became a box-boy at the local liquor store. My job consisted of stocking the beer cooler, sweeping the parking lot, making bags of ice etc.. As jobs go it was fun and never had a dull moment. All sorts of characters, rummies and closet alcoholics became regular guests.

My favorite character was an older, African American named Satchmo. Swilling Satch, as we affectionately named him. He worked at The Pscych Ward of a mental institution named Overbrook.Think of “One Flew Over the Coo Coos Nest” as it a carbon copy of that. He was the security guard and resident cut up.

Ol Satch would shuffle in at 10 o’clock every day and ask for a pint of Mr. Wilson Bourbon (think paint thinner) for his liquid lunch hour. You could set your watch by it and at 3 o’clock he’d return for round two. He would now be waltzing in like Fred Astaire and say in a gleeful howl ” Mr. Wilson , Mr. Wilson , You Can Do No Wrong”.

Listening to that for over 250 times a year for 4 years, it kind of grows on you, and it gets ingrained in your psyche. I used to sweep the lot and once in a while I would see ol Satch in a beat-up Cadillac lounging in the passenger seat. I’d be working the broom and he’d roll down the window and delightfully howl, Mr. Wilson, Mr. Wilson you can do no wrong. As I grew older, I could never shake that saying out of my head.

How does this all tie in with a mining company named Precipitate Gold, well allow me to fill you in.

I met a gentleman at a trade show in Vancouver a few years ago. It seemed like wherever I went or looked he was talking to someone of importance and they actual were enjoying his company. I made it a point to introduce my myself and when we shook hands, he told me his name was Jeff Wilson. You could have knocked me over a feather, I had finally met my Mr. Wilson !!!

Who is this Mr. Wilson and what is he all about ???

Jeffrey R. Wilson, has 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining investment industry. Mr. Wilson brings to Precipitate a wealth of contacts throughout the investment community including institutional investors, retail brokers, investment bankers, mining analysts and private investors. During his career, Mr. Wilson has been involved in numerous equity financings, ranging from IPOs to private placements and syndicated brokered financings. Mr. Wilson began his career in the early 1990's as an Investor Relations Manager and eventual Director of two public companies, namely Welcome Opportunities Ltd. (which was bought out by Endeavour Mining Capital in 2002) and Aquiline Resources Ltd. (which was bought out by Pan American Silver in 2009). In 2005, Mr. Wilson was involved in the formation of Silver Quest Resources Ltd., which was bought out in 2012 by New Gold Inc.

That’s the official website version, but my 2 cents tells me he is well connected to those in the know and is very well groomed in all phases to run a mining company. From marketing to the all-important knowing how and when to raise funds due to his financial background makes him a terrific CEO. The great news is he is still young and vibrant and most of all driven to succeed.

When at Welcome Opportunities, Jeff helped turn a One-million-dollar company into an eventual $30 Million buyout by Endeavor Mining. He helped two other companies preform similar feats in which shareholders were rewarded handsomely for following Mr. Wilson. Now Mr. Wilson, who it seems can do no wrong… is at it again.

His latest venture is with a highly prospective Gold Mining company named Precipitate Gold (PRG). I have been following this company for a while and I feel now is a great time to put your toes in the water, as I think this could be a very exciting, eventful summer. Their main property in the Dominican Republic butts up next to a very prolific Gold Mine, Pueblo Viejo, owned by none other than Barrick. They are in the shadow of one the biggest Gold Mines in the world.

20 million ounces of Gold and 100 Million ounces of silver have been pulled out by Barrick with no end in sight. And you can throw a rock from Barrick’s mining operations to PRG’s prospective new project or at least Mickey Mantle could. A project as big as Barrick’s has to have come from an all-mighty source and many believe the source has yet to be found. PRG owns the property which just might reveal the source of all this Gold as the feeder system quite possible lies somewhere at depth. It is yet to be discovered and is tantalizing still out there.

How was Mr. Wilson able to score this property? Simply, Barrick was restricted in buying it by the government and Jeff, ever the opportunist was there with open arms and a pocket full of smart money. He had plenty of help and guidance from two key members of his Board of Directors. A fellow you might have heard of, a man I call “Q”, the greatest geologist of this era, none other than Quinton Hennigh. If you don’t know who Quentin is either get out of investing in junior mining or simply google him and learn. Q has made me very wealthy in the past and I’m sure he wouldn’t be on the board unless he felt the potential here is worth his very valuable time. If that is all you know about PRG that could be enough but it gets better.

Another star on the board of PRG is Allister Waddell, a geologist with over twenty years of diverse resource industry experience. His experience bridges both junior and major mining companies providing a broad vision of many aspects of the resource industry. Mr. Waddell, was a founder and former President & CEO of GoldQuest Mining Corp. focused on early stage exploration in the Dominican Republic. Gold Quest had a tremendous run as its share price ran from 6 cents to over $2.00 on some fabulous drill results back in 2012 and 2013. GoldQuest went on to build a nice resource at the project and is advancing toward production, however the current government delays in getting permits has put GoldQuest on ice for now.

After acquiring the new project surrounding Barrick, Precipitate decided to engage one of the most well-respected consulting geologists in the business, Dr. Stewart Redwood to take a look and provide an independent view of the project’s potential upside. Stewart Redwood had worked extensively in the Dominican Republic in the past and written multiple reports on Barrick’s Pueblo Viejo deposit and the geology surrounding it. He came highly recommend from Mr. Waddell.

Page 7: PRG July 4 Word Revision - Blue Sky Marketing · operations to PRG’s prospective new project or at least Mickey Mantle could. A project as big as Barrick’s has to have come from

It is said Mr. Redwood knows almost every inch of ground in the DR and also spent some time on the board of GoldQuest in past years. Redwood spent over a week on PRG’s property working very hard surveying and assessing the target areas and reviewing old drill core and previous surveys and studies. He put together a very thorough and detailed report on PRG’s project while providing guidance on how best to vector in for the precise place to direct the drill bit this summer. Equipped with Redwood’s study PRG then conducted ground soil sampling and ground mag surveys to hone in on the very best targets.

When investing in junior mining companies, the ultimate goal is for your company to be bought out a premium by a major. As you can see the PRG team is very adroit at that. There is a very real chance of that happening here when this all plays out as Precipitate Gold has a very enviable land package in a rising gold market.

And once again, the results of this latest phase of work point to some very compelling targets for PRG to pursue this summer. I don’t expect anyone here to become a geophysicist overnight, so the images below are admittedly a bit scientific for the average investor, but suffice to say, Blue is Good! And there are several key blue hotspots identified by PRG’s latest work, and perhaps most intriguing, one of them appears to stem from Barrick’s claim block and is situated almost directly west of their massive mine site and along strike from an area Barrick is now showing as one of their key exploration targets, Arroyo Hondo.

The latest news release from PRG just off the presses dated June 24,2019

Precipitate Gold Corp. (“Precipitate” or the “Company”) (TSXV: PRG) is pleased to announce results and interpretation of the geophysical magnetic 3D inversion study conducted on the highly prospective advanced argillic altered Loma Cuaba Lithocap Zone of the Company’s 100% owned Pueblo Grande Project located adjacent to Barrick’s world-class Pueblo Viejo gold-silver mine in the Dominican Republic. Highlight results from the survey and interpretation are as follows.

Page 9: PRG July 4 Word Revision - Blue Sky Marketing · operations to PRG’s prospective new project or at least Mickey Mantle could. A project as big as Barrick’s has to have come from

Identification of five magnetic low anomalies (near surface and concealed at depth) likely associated with magnetite destruction characteristics of Pueblo Viejo style high sulphidation epithermal alteration;

Identification of a sizeable egg-shaped magnetic low anomaly possibly associated with porphyry style magnetite destruction alteration (possibly potassic) measuring up to 450 metres in diameter, at an estimated depth of 400 metres from surface to the top of the anomaly;

Identification of a large magnetic low anomaly in the southeast lithocap area, concealed at depth (+400 metres) appearing to extend eastward to Barrick`s new exploration target called Arroyo Hondo which is a high sulphidation epithermal target situated between Barrick’s mining pits and Precipitate’s claim boundary; and

None of the aforementioned geophysical anomalies have been drill tested by prior operators, making them compelling targets for the Company to prioritize for drill testing.

We look forward to combining this newly derived data with the recently completed soil geochemical data and upcoming results from a detailed geological mapping survey conducted within the Loma Cuaba zone, as part of our ongoing process to delineate drill targets in the coming months.”

The take-away from the news release above is, the Company’s latest work has delineated significant new magnetic-low targets (blue) that show classic signs of the kinds of systems that can host high grade deposits and Pueblo Viejo (Barrick’s mine site) style mineralization. These are the important steps a smart team takes to improves their odds of success with the drill which catapults stocks.

So far, we learned the board for Precipitate Gold is experienced, legendary and the all-important share structure is in very solid hands. Insiders and long-term holders own over 50% of the float which is 88 Million Shares fully diluted.

Another 20% of the float is in two large European Funds and high net-worth individuals who have positioned themselves early for the long haul, BUT… due to the recent pull back in the mining sector… new astute investors in PRG will be getting in at prices as low as the so called “Smart Money.” It won’t take much in my opinion to move this stock on positive news as over 70% is in very tightly held hands. The drill plan is being formulated as we speak, so position yourselves now.

Ultimately, the data that has been methodically and carefully collected will help determine where the precise place to position the ultimate truth meter. It sure helps to have, Quinton Hennig on the board to advise where the optimum spot might be. Meanwhile, Jeff is methodically playing his hand, and it is full of Aces. If they strike gold in the fall, Jackpot, if not… the property PRG holds is still worth a fortune. Barrick surely is eye balling this property as well as few other majors. As 20-million-ounce Gold deposits are very few and far between. I recently wrote an article on a Summer Six pack of my favorite Juniors which PRG certainly was among. Every company had a Rock n Roll song to accompany it. The song” Time is on my Side “by the Rolling Stones is very apropos, as truly Jeff has plenty of time to prove up a resource till Barrick comes a knocking. The summer doldrums is the absolute best time to accumulate Jr. Miners of PRG’s caliber.

Those who follow my work know I am always on the lookout to present Under-Valued companies to my readers. IMHO, PRG fits this to a tee. They are preparing a drill program in true elephant country. Their neighbors have discovered 20 million ounces of Gold and are running out of land. Precipitate Gold and Mr.Wilson sit at the ready if & when they are called on. I am banking on that happening. Time is on my side Someday I will be drinking Crown Royal instead of cheap whiskey and thinking of my ol pal Satchmo who first brought Mr. Wilson to my attention.
