MKS Instruments Inc. manufactures absolute pressure transducers, which are used in vacuum plasma spray systems to provide accurate and auto- mated pressure measurement. The 600 Series Baratron pressure transducers feature accuracies of 0.12% of reading and, unlike most transducers and dial gauges, are designed to provide excel- lent performance at very low vacuum pressures. Full scale ranges of 1,000, 10, and 1 Torr are available with NIST traceability and a 2-year warranty.
