हिन्दी शसर्फ भारत की राष्ट्रभाषा िी निीं िोनी चाहिए बल्कक उसे अंतरराष्ट्रीय भाषा का दर्ाफ शिलना चाहिए ।
Hindi should not be only national language of India, but it should be recognized as an international language.

An Artist’s Impression of the Buildings of World Hindi Secretariat in Mauritius
The main objective of WHS is to create a global platform to accelerate the promotion of Hindi as an International Language. The idea for the setting up of a Global body for the coordination of Hindi related activities was first proposed at the first World Hindi Conference (WHC) held in Nagpur, in 1975 by Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam, the then Prime Minister of Mauritius. The proposal was reiterated in subsequent WHCs and slowly took shape of a World Hindi Secretariat to be established in Mauritius. An Agreement was signed between the Government of India and Mauritius and the WHS was set up pursuant to the enactment of the WHS Act by the national assembly of Mauritius. The WHS started functioning officially on the 11 February, 2008 and since then has done a major work in promoting the Hindi language worldwide.

Phoenix by H.E. Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India and The Rt. Honourable Sir Anerood Jugnauth, GCSK, KCMG, QC, Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius. A Commemorative Plaque was unveiled on the occasion by both Prime Ministers in the presence of Honourable Mrs. Leela
Devi Dookun-Luchoomun, Minister of Education and Human Resources and Tertiary Education and Scientific Research.

आपको ज्ञात ोगा हक भोपाल समे्मलन िें पाररत ििंतव्य
के अनुरूप वााँ हवश्व ह िंदी समे्मलन इसी वर्ष11 िॉरीशस
िें आयोहित ोने वाला ै। इसकी हतहियााँ भी अब तय
ो गई ैं 18-20 अगस्त, 2018।
भारत और िॉरीशस के इस सिंयुक्त आयोिन िें आप
सभी की प्रहतभाहगता की प्रतीक्षा र ेगी। इस सिंदभष िें
आहिकाररक सूचनाएाँ बहुत शीघ्र प्राप्त ोिंगी।
As you may be aware, the 11th World Hindi
Conference is being organised in Mauritius as
per the resolutions of the Bhopal Conference.
The dates of the event have been finalised and
we look forward to welcoming the global Hindi
community on Mauritian soil between 18th to
20th August this year.
Official communication is soon expected.

HINDI SHIKSHA SANGH (SA): NATIONAL AWARDS CEREMONY FEBRUARY 24, 2018
The national awards function of the Hindi Shiksha Sangh SA, held annually at the Sangh Headquarters in Kharwastan, acknowledges all
learners of Hindi and awards prizes/certificates to those who perform in an outstanding way in the examinations. The awards as well as the
addresses at the function focus on Hindi as a living heritage language.
इस अिसर पर हिन्दी के विद्यार्थी तर्था उनके वियर्न परीक्षा िें शे्रष्ट्ठ उपलल्धियों के
शलए उत्सि िनाते िैं। हिन्दी शिक्षा संघ की ओर से इस सिारोि को सर्ल और अविस्िरणीय बनाने के शलए िर ियत्न ककया र्ाता िै। हिन्दी भाषा और संस्कृतत
डस अिसर पर सब के िनिें सिोपरर िैं। भारत से 157 िषफ पूिफ आनेिाली भोर्परुी, अििी, िैचर्थली तर्था ब्रर्भाषा बोशलयााँ िानक / standard हिन्दी के पिले ियोग िें लाइ र्ाती र्थीं। इन बोशलयों की शलखित और िौखिक
साहिल्त्यक रचनाएाँ रािचररतिानस, पद्िाित विद्यापतत पदािली तर्था सूरदास/ िीरा के पद हिन्दी भाषा और साहित्य की िोभािलृ्दद कर रिी िैं। आर् हिन्दी के क्षक्षततर् पर िर्ारों िशसद्ि लेिक, कवि और उपन्यासकार दिफनीय िैैः कर्र भी िाचीन का सम्बन्ि, उसका िोि ओर उसकी उपादेयता अभी तक क्षीण निीं िुई। इसशलए
“तुलसी, िीरा, सूर कबीर, एक तुणीर िें चारों तीर” – अब भी िासंचगक िैं। एक पररिार की तरि, िि हिन्दी को भी िवपतािि, वपतािि, वपता/ पुत्र की तरि देिें। ििारा अतीत ििारे ितफिान और भविष्ट्य को िभावित करता िै। हिन्दी शिक्षा संघ की 70 िी ंिषफगााँठ 25 April 2018 को िै। इस ििान उपलल्धि के पररिेक्षय िें संघ इस परेू िषफ के किया कलापों को70 th Anniversary को सिवपफत कर रिा िै। भविष्ट्य िें ऐस ेपुरस्कार वितरण सिारोि िें िि
और भी उज्जज्जिल उपलल्धियों को लेकर उत्सि िनाएाँगे। ऐसी ििारी आिा िै। इस िषफ का पुरस्कार कायफिि अत्यंत सर्ल रिा िै। ल्र्सका शे्रय वििषे रुप से िैक्षक्षक सशितत को र्ाता िै। संघ
की अदयक्ष िो .उषादेिी िुक्ल उपादयक्ष श्री िीरेन्रनार्थ शसिं तर्था िैक्षक्षक तनदेिक िो .रािभर्न सीताराि और िैक्षक्षक सशितत के सदस्य सब साििुाद के पात्र िै, उनके पररश्रि और योगदान स ेएक सुव्यिल्स्र्थत आयोर्न िुआ। इस अिसर पर िुख्य अततचर्थ र्थीं िो .उषा देसाई, स्िगीय प .नरदेि िेदालंकार की सुपुत्री तर्था UKZN िें गुर्राती की भूतपूिफ िादयावपका। सार्थ सार्थ िो .देसाई ने ML SULTAN Tech. College िें हिन्दी भी पढाई। इनकी हिन्दी िें योग्यता तर्था लगन ििसंनीय िै। उन्िोंने अपने अशभभाषण िें संघ और हिन्दी के परस्पर सम्िन्ि और भविष्ट्य
के शलए िचार की आिश्यकता पर र्ोर हदया। सिारोि के हदन वििार्थी और अततचर्थ बडी संख्या िें उपल्स्र्थत िुए। और गततविचियों को दयानपूिफक आत्िसात ्ककया। िो .उषा िुक्ल तर्था िो .सीताराि ने हिन्दी शिक्षा संघ िें हिन्दी अदयापन तर्था हिन्दी के िैल्श्िक स्िरूप पर विचार िकट ककया। इस अिसर पर कुछ नई बातें सािने आयीैः-
1 ) ििारे ििाण-पत्रों का नया रुप
2) 14 शसतंबर 2017 हिन्दी हदिस की कविता लेिन की िततयोचगता विरे्ताओ ंको ििाण पत्र और नकद पुरस्कार। 3 ) ककसी अनाि दाता ने डा .िेिरार् पररिार के नाि से हिन्दी िें सिफश्रष्ट्ठ लेिन के शलए व्यल्क्तगत TROPHY
और FLOATING TROPHY दान ककया। िर्थि पुरस्कार श्रीिती चपंा बोशसट्सुिुनी को शिला। विशभन्न शे्रखणयों के पुरस्कार विरे्ताओं को सघं के अचिकाररयों तर्था िुख्य अततचर्थ के कर किलों द्िारा िदान
ककए गये। एक सुन्दर हदन का सुिद अन्त भोर्न के सार्थ िुआ।

New Opportunities to study Hindi in India… apply now
The Kendriya Hindi Sansthan Agra is offering Scholarship for the Academic Session, 2018-19 under the
Scheme of Propagation of Hindi Abroad at Kendriya Hindi Sansthan Agra. The scheme is administered
by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The programme offers an
opportunity for students of Indian origin to be proficient in Hindi language. The last date for sending
application is April 30, 2018.
