VENDOR APPLICATION FORM Booths will open at 9:00 a.m. in Gold Star Park near S. Main Street and must remain open until the parade has concluded (approximately 3:30 p.m.) Space for booths will be approximately 12 x 12. Booths should feature concessions, arts and crafts, jewelry, clothing, etc. Food vendors must submit their entry form no later then Friday, February 14 (all food vendors are submitted to the Elmore County Health Department for approval). Any food vendor application received after the cut-off date will not be allowed at the festival. Booth fee is $35. Limited electricity is available and is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Generators are permitted. Fee for push carts is also $35. Each vendor will be contacted concerning acceptance of their application and with setup information. The Order of Cimarrón reserves the right to relocate vendors due to late arrivals, no shows, etc. To prevent excessive duplication, the sale of certain food items may be subject to limitation at the discretion of the Vendor Committee. No vendor will be granted exclusive rights to any item: food, drink, clothing or arts/craft. Food vendors MUST be able to meet Health Department regulations for food storage and preparation. Push cart vendors must adhere to any safety directions issued by the Vendor committee or security personnel. I, the undersigned, accept full responsibility and assume the risk for myparticipation, and I indemnify and hold the Order of Cimarrón and the City of Wetumpka, its employees, officers and staff harmless from any and allliability, claims, expenses, demands or legal actions or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any loss, injury or damageassociated with my participation as a vendor. Furthermore, I, the undersigned agree to abide by and follow any and all safety requirements and/ordirections provided by festival staff and security personnel. Additionally, I agree to abide by City/County/State Sales Tax laws regarding collectionand remittance of Alabama Sales Tax on all items sold at retail.
