PROFILE:
Graduated on the 13th of April 2011, with a 3 year Bachelor’s Degree majoring in: Media and Cultural Studies ( Journalism, Marketing and advertising, Public Relations, Cinema studies, Research management studies modules ) Industrial Organisational Labour Studies( Human Resources, Trade unions, labour law, Industrial relations) , at the University of KZN (Howard Campus)
Completed a Human Resource Management Diploma through Varsity College. Volunteered during the FIFA world cup at the media centre Joined a small skills development company in Pinetown, MTL Training and Projects, as
Training Research administrator: I drafted proposals, attended discretionary and mandatory grant presentations and Government Tender Bidding workshops. I have a bit of experience dealing with SETA’s and training and development plans as I use to do the training plans and the project implementation plans.
Joined Altech Multimedia as HR Admin Clerk, specialising in payroll, HR reports and medical aid and benefit enquiries and HR projects like wellness week, and minute taking for EE meetings and disciplinaries, also exit interviews and recruitment interviews.
I have an excel certificate, a Diversity management Certificate and a minute taking course certificate. I have also recently done a BBBEE in-house training.
I have great Microsoft word, Power point and excel skills. I have worked on the following systems: Agile, WBRS, Metastorm, ESS system and VIP I learn very fast, and I am dedicated. I have recently started a communications role; I
facilitate the company news boards and magazines on a temporary period. I also administer the performance management system and the recruitment systems temporarily.
I am a well presented lady with high expectations and tremendous ambitions. I am a hard worker and will not stop until I have fulfilled my tasks completely. Phumelele is very articulant and goal driven. I am punctual and open minded above all else I enjoy a challenge and work that will stimulate my mind and thinking capacity. My strongest point is that I enjoy learning so I listen and try to capture as much knowledge as I possibly can.
