Executive Summary GoFetch is a truly game-changing peer-to-peer delivery app conceived and founded in Australia. Because of our low overheads our price point is powerful for both sides of our market:

• Customers will find us much cheaper than traditional couriers • Fetchers work as much or as little as they want and get a whopping 80% of the fee. Harnessing the growing power of the sharing economy, the timing for GoFetch is ripe. Customers are familiar with peer-to-peer apps and GoFetch’s navigation has been designed in such a way as to feel very intuitive and simple.  GoFetch launched into Melbourne’s CBD in November 2015, expanding quickly to the inner suburbs and now all the way to Dandenong in the South East and the Ring Road in the North. We also have interstate expansion plans for 2016.

GoFetch does not require a lock-in contract from its customers. There are no hidden fees: you only pay what you agreed up front. Delivery is instant. The item is the only thing your Fetcher will be carrying. Jobs are done point to point and never as part of a collection of multiple items.

GoFetch is the P.A. in Your Pocket…...a concierge service for personal and business application.

Executive Summary You will find GoFetch much more competitive than traditional courier services. As we are leveraging on the power of a peer community, we do not require the capital costs of a traditional courier business. Lowering our capital costs allows us to offer a service that is cheaper than existing traditional competitors. Pricing for deliveries will be based on an algorithm which will change depending on a number of variables. The pricing will be determined as follows: $0.50 per minute x Estimated delivery duration (Using Google Maps API, the distance and mode of transport will determine the estimated timing of the job). There will be a minimum delivery fee of $5.00 (Therefore any delivery with a duration less than 10 minutes will be $5.00)

GoFetch Co Pty Ltd

Executive Summary The Customer uses the app to enter a pickup and a drop off location. The Customer then adds a contact name at either end.The app accesses the Customer’s contacts via their address book with permission, speeding up this process. Once the locations have been defined, the app will provide the Customer with the fixed cost of the delivery.

GoFetch calculates the price based on the distance and estimated time to deliver using real time Google Traffic conditions

Once the job is posted it goes to the Fetcher nearest the Pick Up point for 1 minute. Then to all active Fetchers. Once a Fetcher accepts the job, the Customer can see the name and contact details of the Fetcher, along with their precise location on a map. Once the Fetcher has delivered the item to the drop-off location, they obtain a digital signature and mark the job as completed.

The Customer is then prompted to confirm receipt of the item and to rate the Fetcher. This closes the job and triggers payment.
