Silicon Micromachining, Bulk silicon micromachining that use Silicon Fusion Bonding and Silicon Anisotropic wet etching with etch stop (highly boron doped).

Design and implementation of MEMS – Sensors: Capacitive silicon miniaturized pressure sensor fabricated with Bulk

silicon micromachining (< 1 mm2 area), and arrays of capacitive sensors.

Chemical vapor Sensors – e-noses, fabricated with an array of inter-digitated electrodes that covered with different polymeric films.

Weight light reflectance spectroscopy for real time characterization of polymeric films and biological interactions.
