INTRODUCTION

Our project is named as ForumDCS which is an internet forum, also known as a message board or discussion board, is a web application that provides for online discussions over a bundle of topics.

An Internet forum typically exists as part of a website and invites users to start topics and discuss issues with one another.

The purpose is to provide a platform between students & teachers in order to discussion issues over a topic with one another.

Four main parts of this online discussion forum i.e. CATEGORY, GROUP, TOPIC & COMMENT.

Its is developed in PHP using Dreamweaver CS6 as a tool for this project.

FORUMDCS FEATURESThe main feature of this particular use of ForumDCS is to solve the problem of student over a

topic which they can not ask face – to – face from his teachers.Student are required to 1st register himself with the forum which can be done in our sign up

section and then select a relevant category and group and may add a topic for getting his solution from his respected teachers or talented students by posting comments on his topic.

Breadcrumbs will identify the location of the user in the forum whether the user is in category, group or on discussion over a topic.

Student may also search from a number of topics and may post his comment on the topic posted by other users.

Student can also send a private message to other student for privacy purpose.SMS service will provide users to send him a notification on his posted topic.

Admin panel controlling modules are: manage users, manage forum, manage admin accounts & manage gallery section etc.

Also, allow students to create new threads/topics.It is fully secure.It is also time saving.More effective and good for student to solve their problem effectively and

efficiently. Students can also update his account setting.
